By downloading or using Resetly, you agree to these terms. Resetly is provided by Cosmiq (Sreenivasula Chinthakunta), Australia.
Licence to use the app
Downloading Resetly from the Apple App Store is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement (the standard EULA), which you can read here: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Resetly on devices you own or control, subject to that agreement and these terms.
Acceptable use
Resetly is a personal focus and digital-wellbeing tool. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app, and not to use it in any way that breaks the law or interferes with the app’s intended operation.
Purchases & subscriptions
The core of Resetly is free. Resetly Pro is available as an annual subscription (with a free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Payments, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms — we never see your payment details.
Your data
Resetly runs entirely on your device and does not collect your personal data. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
No warranty
Resetly is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make it reliable, we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Resetly is a wellbeing aid and is not a medical device or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cosmiq is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Resetly. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date.
